Upon completion of your online registration, we will send you a confirmation e-mail and receipt by e-mail. For additional information regarding your registration please send an e-mail to: itmc@esith.ac.ma

Payment

All costs referred to are in EUR (€). All payments must be made in EUR (€) and must be received prior to the Conference. The online registration site is a secured site.

Major credit cards such as VISA and MasterCard are accepted. Payments by wire bank transfer are accepted until 1 November 2019.

Cancellation and Refund policy

In the event of cancellation, written notification should be sent to
the Organising committee by e-mail: itmc@esith.ac.ma

The following cancellation fees will apply:

• Before 10 October 2019: Full refund, excluding administration fee of € 50.
• From 10 October to 1 November 2019: 50% refund
• As of 1 November 2019 or if the participant fails to attend: no refund.

All refunds will be processed and issued within 30 days after the Conference.
